- Cross-functional team member that drives VOC into NPD
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8-12 years: Progressive work experience in marketing with an active role in product management, product development, launches, research and communication. Ideally in a big brand environment where the stakes are high, with an upscale appliance product or a product similar in nature (e.g. cars, electronics).
- Demonstrable affinity/interest for technology, engineering, specifications, CAD and other design engineering assets
- Exposure to the culinary industry
- Exposure to architecture, home design, interior decorating, and cabinetry industry
- Direct experience with marketing research and competitive intelligence process
- Laser sharp focus on details to ensure 100% accuracy of specs at all time, strong analytical mind
- Excellent team player with a proven record as project manager
- Exposure or experience in a sales environment in a similar category preferred
