Sr. Project Manager - Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning

Project details:

Started a DR/BCP initiative (Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Planning)
Looking for a contract Project Manager with BCP/DR space. Someone who's rolled out a soup to nuts initiative and be an advocate for DR/BCP.
Act as a neutral 3rdparty during planning & execution of the project.
Be able to professionally voice bottlenecks and issues that are identified for the success of the project.
Stakeholders include C-Level Executives, Director or Risk Mgmt. CIO & IT Team.
Build a story on why they don't just focus on DR, but BCP as well.
C-suite across the board exposure, probably not Infront of the board.
Evangelist on BCP/DR to C-level, not on their own. Others involved and bought in.

Project plan would include:

Scope agreement

Plan idea

Managing and executing the DR exercise for IT.

Dusting off the current DR plan, making it up to date.

Establish the BCP piece and implementation of the plan. (owned by Dir. Risk Mgmt.)

Use templates within the PMO, can bring own templates to the table.

Managing the portfolio of projects so unsure success of the initiative
