Job SummaryIn the role of EWM Solution Architect, you will be part of the Global IT team. The person will build, configure and/or run application solutions for an area of the business, keeping up on technology trends and best practices to help identify improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with Global Key Users and Local Key users from the Consumer Products Warehousing Business area and support them during the site implementations and hyper-care. Create and maintain business process flows, business requirements to facilitate the understanding of business needs. Convert the business process needs into SAP EWM Functional Process in Sap EWM system and testing of the process. Work with SMEs to ensure seamless E2E integration of the process. Technical configuration knowledge for eWM Leads or participates in multiple projects to translate end user business needs to design, configure, document, and test software application solutions across multiple functional groups, focused primarily on SAP applications Elicits requirements and clearly documents configuration and system support materials including functional, technical specifications and training materials Maintains and develops internal business relationships to influence successful project outcomes Supports the software lifecycle of SAP and other enterprise software applications such as implementation, configuration, post go live support, and training Provides internal support for evaluation of proposed functionality in existing and proposed SAP applications Demonstrating expertise in the technologies covered by SAP EWM, including configuration, authoring of RICEFs, FUT, and participation in creation and execution of integration/UAT tests Author system specification documentation such as Configurational Rationales, Business Process Procedures, and Functional/Technical Specifications Participate in the design, testing, and implementation phases of a project. Must be able to work in a team environment with regular interaction with project stakeholders Excellent problem identification, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to drive resolution Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal. Ability to influence change as well as manage rapidly changing technological and business environments Assists in developing IT presentations and related supporting materials Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Education and Experience Profile Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or other Information Technology discipline OR Supply Chain, Logistics, or other Business discipline. Background in Consumer Goods preferred.
