R0028201Senior Auditing & Compliance Analyst – Contracts ComplianceThe Senior Auditing & Compliance Analyst – Contracts Compliance position for the Clinical Surveillance & Compliance operating unit of Wolters Kluwer Health will oversee all activities related to the development, maintenance and adherence to the policies and procedures required for the compliance with State and U.S. Federal Government contracts and third-party partner agreements As a member of the Contracts team she/he will also act in a supporting capacity to draft and triage contract requests for current customers and prospects.This position will work from a remote home office and can be based anywhere in the U.S.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact for Government agencies and third-party partners regarding compliance requirements, reviews and audits, royalty and/or fee reporting submission and review, and coordination of responses and potential disputes with in-house and/or outside legal counsel.

Complete annual updates and renewals of the organization’s solicitation to and active schedules with the Government Services Administration (GSA).

Prepare, submit, and present data specific to Transactional Data Reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Collaborate with the accounting staff, sales, and operations teams to ensure billings, claims and reports comply with contract regulations while maintaining detailed records to support audits and fact finding.

Coordinate and maintain the existing compliance program to ensure that business processes and business systems are compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).

Draft, review and/or confirm that reporting and payment requirements that are part of any third-party agreement align with the businesses ability to comply, and put processes in place to adhere to those requirements once the agreement is executed Maintain and manage regular, accurate and timely communication with external bodies responsible for compliance oversight.

Establish and administer a process for receiving, documenting, tracking, investigating, and acting on all potential gaps concerning the organization’s compliance with each respective agreement in collaboration with other departments as appropriate.

Serve as a compliance consultant (subject matter expert) to the organization for all departments as appropriate.

Act in supporting capacity for incoming commercial contract requests to help triage and draft as available and needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceRequired Experience : 3+ years of contract compliance-related experiencePreferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Experience with vendor/government contract management and/or administration

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to achieve deadlines

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Ability to establish structure and content; review deliverables to ensure expectations are met

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to exercise mature judgment in a dynamic environment

Risk and Compliance designation from an established organization a plus
