your life's best work.(sm) As a Configuration Analyst II, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on configuration of LHI's applications, triage complex configuration issues and consult in and coordinate large configuration efforts, and provide training to Configuration Analyst Is. Assist in creating best practices for configuration and ensure quality and productivity objectives are met. Serve as liaison between Business Analysts and Configuration Analysts for configuration by approving requirements and testing new configuration setup. Understand basics of MedNet source code in order to serve as liaison between Configuration/Business Analysts and Developers in triaging issues. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from within the La Crosse, WI area as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:- Assist MedNetHelp team to triage issues through developing knowledge of MedNet code and working with on call developer to answer questions and find solutions
- Research, test and document issues / bugs before reporting these to the Business Analyst or Development teams
- Assist in testing/regression testing of New MedNet functionality before production implementation to ensure that it meets business and user requirements
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of MedNet configuration and serve as SME to the Business Analyst and Configuration Analyst team
- Consult and coordinate on larger configuration initiatives
- Write and approve requirements and test configuration
- Document best practices and new processes focused on configuration work
- Maintain LHI's applications via setup and configuration processes, tasks, and systems
- Maintain administrative and customer configuration rules and codes as well as setup and configuration for all other entities and functional areas of LHI's applications
- Monitor Backlog of setup and configuration items and implement approved configuration changes as per documented requirements
- Provide customer/user support to LHI MedNet user groups via "MedNetHelp" support email box
- Provide On-Call MedNet support on designated weekends
- Associates Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field or Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience
- 2+ years' experience working in a configuration analyst or business analyst role configuring applications
- 1+ year of experience in SQL query language, database structure and database table relationships
- Ability to work an 8 hour shift Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Central time zone and at least one weekend day per week

- Understanding of Agile principals including Scrum and Kanban
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Education or experience in .NET applications
- Experience with Visual Studio
- National Career Readiness Certificate
- Must be able to understand complex business processes that cross many functional operational units
- Ability to understand complex concepts of software setup, configuration and customization especially the relationships between database tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability in leading or directing activities of others
- Attention to detail is essential as are good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
