Title: Sr. Business AnalystLocation: Fully RemoteDuration: Contract to HireCompensation: 50-55/hr W2 (90k salary conversion)Work Requirements: US Citizen / GC Holder / Authorized to Work in the US Position Summary:The Senior Business Analyst ensures efforts are in alignment with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) department to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions, and services to simplify people's lives. The Senior Business Analyst role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs for various company projects within the agile scrum methodology. This includes interviewing stakeholders/sponsors and compiling user stories to convey to project teams throughout the software lifecycle. This Senior Business Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications. The Senior Business Analyst will constantly assess user requirements to communicate to development teams throughout the software lifecycle, plan and schedule projects for roll-out consistent with strategic vision and goals, and evaluate project effectiveness on a retrospective, concurrent, and prospective basis ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. QUALIFICATIONSRequired: Proven exceptional experience with business and technical analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development. Exceptional experience overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions, systems, or products. Ability to create systematic and consistent specifications in both technical and user-friendly language. Demonstrated exceptional time and personnel management skills. Extensive experience with core software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel required; Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps and Visio preferred. Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. Demonstrated experience in an agile/scrum environmenPreferred: 2- or 4-year college degree required in the field of Business Administration or Information Systems or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.Preferred ECBA Certification.
