IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide. Our client is looking for a Network Administrator/Architect to implement, support, maintain and enhance the County Highway Expenditure Microcomputer System (CHEMS) and CHEMS-PRO (GUI version) that Is In the process of being Implemented. An internal resource with this knowledge will be training the hired resource.
Tasks:- Software, phone, electronic and on-site support for fifty counties within the State of Wisconsin.
- New county software Installations with one-on-one training.
- Participation in State-wide meetings to support and enhance CHEMS.
- Power Point presentations to small and large groups.
- Software and system enhancements to the existing Advanced Revelation (AREV 3.12) database system governed by the CHEMS Board of directors.
- Specialized programming dictated by BHO business needs.
- Advanced Revelation (AREV) export programs to transfer data out of CHEMS.
- WEB site updates for program changes and Information.
- 3-5 years - Experience with Delphi Enterprise Version 6 thru 2007, ASTA, DOA, Wol12Woll, Report builder
- 3-5 years - Experience with Mobile Phone Apps+
- 3-5 years - Experience with Machine Language
- Extensive knowledge of the CHEMSPRO (Windows GUI version) target platform and software development tools.
- 10 years - Experience with IBM Desktop Hardware, MSDOS, MS Windows Including Vista.
- 10 years - Experience with Novell Netware 5+, IPX/TCP, Windows 2003 Server.
- 10 years - Experience with Advanced Revelation (AREV) version 3.12 programming language.
- 10 years - Experience with HTML Authoring, FTP management and NNTP communications.
- 8 years - Experience with WinlNET / ISAPI / ASTA / SSL Connectivity
- 8 years - Experience with Windows 2003 Server, Oracle RDBMS, SQL ‘Net, TCP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS
- 8 years - Experience with PLSQL Developer, PVCS, Pack4Web, lnstallAware
- 8 years - Experience with Oracle DB Admin Tools, Enterprise Manager
- Basic Accounting
- Familiar with WisDOT, DTSD, Bureau of Highway Operations (BHO) project and activity accounting and business practices
