Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Technical Recruiter Senior- REMOTE for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Technology Services clients in Madison, WI. Responsibilities :
- Managing the full life cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing new hire compensation packages, and closing candidates.
- Developing strong relationships with team members, hiring managers, and business leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5 + years full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace, corporate environment
- Deep experience sourcing at all levels
- Knowledge of employment laws and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations, knowledge of immigration policies
- Background/understanding of Canadian employment laws Recruiting for Canadian Roles
- Ability to speak French

- Working knowledge of iCIMS applicant tracking system
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Seekout
- Experience recruiting candidates across North America and Canada
- Technical recruiting experience focused on Software Development( Java, Embedded, Android), Engineering & IT.
- Grasp of technology solutions such as Mobile, IOT, Cloud, Machine Learning, Android development & Big Data
- Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill roles.
- Understanding of basic immigration laws and work authorization/visa requirements.
- Exceptional closing and negotiation skills
- Need experience with high volume recruiting for technical positions.
