Hourly Rate: $38 W2; $44 CTC/1099 Job Description: Looking for an experienced Telecommunication Analyst to continue our support for our business partners and persons in our care. This individual will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones and other video conferencing solutions. Required Skills & Years of Experience: 2 5 Years Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management Unified Communications Systems (PBX, ACD etc) Mobile device support and Management Networking Concepts Preferred vendor Experience: Mitel Polycom Zoom AirWatch Apple Business Management Microsoft Required soft skills: Ability to work independently but in a team environment- Able to meet deadlines Punctual Ability to multi-task and balance their work day Duration: 2-year contract with possibility for extension Interview Process: In Person or Online via Teams Remote or on-site: Local candidates or willing to relocate at the candidate's expense Travel: In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This is a 100% remote position with office visits as needed weekly. Required Skills:
