Responsibilities:
Wash, chop, and assemble ingredients
Cook and prepare appetizers and side dishes
Clean and organize kitchen and equipment
Unload supplies and organize storage room and walk-in refrigerator/freezer

Basic culinary skills and cooking techniques
Teamwork skills
Able to move and lift heavy items
Able to use sharp tools, such as knives and cutters
Willing to learn how to use new equipment
