The DoubleTree by Hilton Madison is looking for part time Banquet Setup team members. Candidates should be detail oriented, able to work 2-4 shifts per week, lift a minimum of 50 pounds, have exceptional problem solving skills, and must be able to work a minimum of one year with us. We are flexible with school schedules, offer vacation holiday pay, free parking, hotel & meal discounts, and as many DoubleTree chocolate chip and walnut cookies as you can eat!
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Attending to guests needs during meetings, banquets, weddings, and social events.
Lift tables, chairs, and other materials from storage into meeting rooms.
Communicate clearly and effectively with management staff and team members regarding the needs of guests.
Refresh banquet rooms during event breaks.
