Dishwasher (Full-time, Days/Evenings) (Madison)

Capitol Lakes, a continuing-care retirement community in the heart of downtown Madison, has an immediate opening for a full-time Dishwasher. This position is responsible for operating the commercial dishwashing machines, stacking and putting clean dishes away, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area at all times.Work Schedule: Day/Evening shifts. Days vary. Store all items to ensure adequate supply of clean dishes and utensils.Must adhere to policy following HACCP guidelines related to cross contamination, i.e. Clean end of dish room, dirty end of dish room and proper techniques related to them.Other duties as assigned.Ability to operate institutional dishwashing equipment.Ability to understand oral and written instructions.Ability to read and understand chemical and/or cleaning product label instructions.
