Responsibilities:
Hand-wash large items
Load baskets of utensils and plates into dishwasher
Pull out washed utensils and put away
Mopping the floor at the end of each shift
Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
Requires some shifts on weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
Prior dishwashing experience preferred
Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
Dependable team player
Prefers to work in a fast paced environment
Great multitasking skills
