Ogden's North Street Diner is a small, locally owned restaurant serving breakfast and lunch six days a week located in the Emerson East/Eken Park neighborhood. We are looking to fill 1 shift weekly for each of the following positions:
Mondays: Serving from 8am to 3pm. Job duties include seating customers, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, cashiering. Starting pay is 2.33/hr plus tips
Wednesdays: Dishwashing from 7:30 am to 3:00 or 3:30pm. Responsibilities include gathering dirty dishes, washing and putting clean dishes away as well as providing light support for other positions like getting ice for service or grabbing food from the walk in for the line cooks. Starting wage is $11. to $12./hr plus a small tip out from the servers daily for providing support.
Saturdays: Host from 7:45am until 2:00 or 2:30pm. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing a waiting list for tables, cashiering, seating and assisting with bussing tables, making coffee and refilling beverages. Additionally, the host provides service for counter customers. Pay is $10. plus tips.
If you are friendly, hardworking and reliable this could be just the job for you! Someone who is able and willing to pick up additional shifts as needed is also a plus.
Some serving experience is preferred but we would be willing to train the right candidate.
