Openings at Oak Ridge Living CBRF
Sun Prairie Location - Part time 2nd shift (3pm-8pm)
Madison North Location - Part time 2nd
Madison West Location - Part time 1st, Part time 2nd
Hours are 1st 7am-3pm, 2nd 3pm-11pm, 3pm-8pm (only in Sun Prairie), 3rd 11pm-7am
There is also an opening for 1 RN for all 3 facilities. (1 RN will need to travel to all 3 locations for trainings) Hrs are only as needed and for nursing delegation and training the staff in the houses. Possibly 20 hours a month max. Needs to be currently licensed in the state of WI as a Registered Nurses. Pay at $25/hr.

Small, homelike facility between 4-8 residents needing care staff for daily activities, toileting, cares, cleaning and cooking. No CNA needed but may increase pay.
Certificates needed for caregiver position include Standard Precautions, First Aid and Choking, Medication Administration and Management, and Fire Safety but can be taken after hire.
Bonus pay for picking up open weekend shifts
Sign on bonus and vacation pay earned after your first 90 days!
