Pay Rate: $16/hour
Job Type: Short-term (2-3months duration) working full-time/part-time (as needed)
Location: Mezomanie, WI (30 minutes west of Madison on 14)
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to assist a general contractor with the construction of a new residential home. This is an entry-level position; no prior construction experience is required. The ideal candidate is motivated, willing to learn on the job, and able to follow directions carefully.
Responsibilities
-Assist with sealing the foundation and installing drain tile
-Help with framing, drywall, and insulation installation
-Carry, load, and organize construction materials on site
-Provide general support to the contractor as needed
-Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Requirements
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
-Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50 lbs or more
-Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
-Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions
