POSITION DESCRIPTION
Perform, coordinate, and supervise tasks related to the preservation, maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of several residential and mixed-use properties in the Fitchburg and Madison area.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to maintain pool equipment, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Ability to perform general repairs such as patching/painting walls, security hardware, and landscaping
Hardworking, Independent, Reliable, Good at multi-tasking while staying organized
Strong sense of customer service and good communication skills
Ability to communicate and present yourself in a professional manner to tenants
Experience with Microsoft Outlook – email, contacts, calendar, meeting invites
Experience working and communicating on a smart phone while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Possession of a current and valid motor vehicle license and own reliable transportation
Ability to assist with after-hours calls as needed including some evening and weekend hours
