ServiceMaster is looking for an energetic, self-motivated candidate who will be working in a multifaceted position Monday thru Friday, 2 pm to 10:30 pm with flexibility, as needed.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinate service and project activities for assigned buildings
Ensure that services and projects are performed as contracted and within the intended budget
Supervision and training of project crews
Ensure compliance with company policies
Inventory control
Light maintenance of floor care equipment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Candidates with a strong background in floor care experience preferred
An understanding of working in a customer service oriented environment
Have a working knowledge of safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures related to the cleaning industry
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of people
Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers
Valid license with clean record required
Demonstrate basic computer skills (email, word, excel)
Compensation: Based on experience
