Responsible, experienced crew leader needed for a currently available part time position in demolition. Expected 20 hours/week initially with eventual full time work. The job consists of carefully removing specific areas of materials such as drywall, flooring, framing, insulation. You and another person will set up containment and be very detailed and careful as you are taking out. You will keep the area clean and be conscientious of spreading dust and other materials through a person's home. Ideal candidate will have common sense, be able to follow instructions, have demolition experience, be detailed oriented, have transportation (no exceptions for this one), and be able to start immediately.
Other aspects to this job include cleaning and sanitizing remaining surfaces.
A lot of Milwaukee work currently. You will be paid for your time traveling to Milwaukee from our location in Madison.
