We are expanding our Property Preservation operations in Westfield, WI and are looking for an individual or crew that can perform maintenance on properties under management. We have properties ready to assign, right now. We are looking for people that can follow our process and have their own tools/equipment. Experience is great, but we will train the right people. Work includes, but isn’t limited to the following:
Lock Change
Landscaping
Debris Removal
Janitorial
Winterization
Bid Work
These are vacant properties and will require photos from a smart phone. We also require you to have all your own equipment. We are now just looking for someone for this initial property, but if you perform well, we can assign more. We will provide support, management, and training (if new to this industry).
