ACC Management Group, Inc. is currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing Madison team today! This position will require the ability to work on-site between different apartment complexes on a full-time basis. This position will also require the need to be available for all on-call emergencies on a rotation schedule. These locations offers family living in the Affordable Housing program.

Responsibilities and Duties

Complete daily work repair orders

Remove all debris from public corridors and empty all interior and exterior trash receptacles daily or more frequently if necessary

Remove debris from parking lot and grounds, sweep canopy and entry areas

Maintain landscaping of exterior property

Remove ice and snow from all entrances and walkways, which may require reporting to work prior to 8:00 a.m.

Sweep and mop all hard floors as needed (at least weekly) Vacuum as needed (at least weekly)

Check and replace exterior lights, interior lights, emergency lights and smoke alarm batteries

Perform maintenance on site equipment

Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical/electrical systems and equipment through the buildings

Maintain log of all repair items requiring outside service.

Implement preventative maintenance program per established standards

Answer all after hour phone calls responding to their needs and requests

Additional Duties

Drive motor vehicle as needed

Assist in all emergency situations

Qualifications and Skills

Physical ability to carry and lift up to 50 pounds, reach, climb, grasp, finger dexterity, reach, stand and walk

Valid WI drivers license with acceptable driving record

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to be available for all on-call emergencies and situations that arise
