Privately-owned Madison stone fabricator is looking for a mechanically skilled person to assemble and disassemble industrial equipment. This FULL-TIME position will perform preventative maintenance and make repairs to motors, diesel engines, electronic controls, spindles, tooling, plumbing, hydraulics, bearings, gear boxes and more. We take pride in our safety record. You will be involved in plant safety, forklift training and responding to occasional urgent repairs. We cut and carve stone for new construction, historic restoration and robotically generated sculptures. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. If an urgent repair should arise, nights and/or weekend maybe required. Applicants should provide a resume highlighting any licenses, certifications and special qualifications. OSHA 10 certification desirable. Associates degree preferred. Must be able to lift 40-pounds and have a safe driving record. Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.
