Responsibilities
Our Poynette manufacturing facility is hiring Regular, Full-Time 2nd/3rd shift Assemblers. Our 2nd shift hours are 3:30 p.m. - midnight and our 3rd shift hours are 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., with a Sunday night start.
Average incentive pay is between $18 and $25+ an hour.
Qualifications:
Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred for the regular, full-time assembly position.
Candidates for the position must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Reading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their parts
Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids, and must be able to perform simple math
Ability to operate equipment, troubleshoot, and problem solve
Must have a good command for the English language and be able to communicate, both written and verbal
Dedication to quality and safety
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach
Positive attitude and leadership skills
Knowledge of lean principles desired, but not required
