Our Poynette manufacturing facility is hiring for Part-Time Seasonal, 1st and 2nd Shift Assemblers.
1st Shift : Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. OR 11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
2nd shift: Monday - Friday 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. OR 8:00 p.m. - midnight
Average incentive pay is between $18 and $25+ an hour.
Qualifications
We will train qualified candidates (manufacturing experience a plus). Candidates for these positions must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Reading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their parts
Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids, and must be able to perform simple math
Ability to operate equipment, troubleshoot, and problem solve
Must have a good command for the English language and be able to communicate, both written and verbal
Dedication to quality and safety
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach
Positive attitude and leadership skills
Knowledge of lean principles desired, but not required
Pre-employment, post-offer drug screening as well as a physical and background screening are required for all manufacturing positions.
