As a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist, you will help aid EatStreet’s growth. You will be responsible for general office work and data entry to aid in the overall implementation process for getting new restaurants live on the platform and maintaining their data accuracy while on the site. This position is part-time and requires weekday and some weekend availability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Input new menus from our restaurant partners with our in-house software
Maintain accurate restaurant information and handle new restaurant requests
Proactively work through a queue of updates to reflect menu integrity changes & complete by assigned deadline
Identifying and reporting process issues and work with your Supervisor to help find creative solutions
Proactively seek new ways to provide our customers with a superb experience
Ability to maintain reliable attendance
Other general office duties as assigned by management

Basic computer skills, typing skills, and the ability to learn new technologies
Ability to communicate effectively and meet instructed deadlines on each shift

Ability to adapt to sudden changes of focus
