Mullins Apartments is seeking a part time Leasing Agent. The work schedule is flexible, but would require 3-5 hours per a day (between 11:00am and 5:00pm) a minimum of 3 days/week (M-F). Position starting as early as March 2, 2020.
Job responsibilities include showing apartments, answering questions of perspective tenants, assisting present tenants, and assisting with checking out apartments after tenants move out.
We are looking for a responsible outgoing person with strong oral communication skills and positive attitude.
