Professionally execute Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies while ordering and maintaining proper service levels within assigned accounts. Focus on safely, effectively and efficiently maintaining the stock levels of the shelf, cooler, displays, back rooms and point of purchase areas. The Account Representative should aggressively pursue incremental shelf, display and cooler space. The Account Representative is responsible for working with all team members to minimize out of date product and damage within assigned accounts. Works as part of the "account team", proactively communicating with other team members to recognize opportunities and resolve issues. The Account Representative must be focused on providing WP Beverages with profitable growth through the sale and efficient distribution of our refreshing beverages, superior customer service and innovative customer focused marketing programs.
Starting pay $16.35/hr, 6 month rate $16.60/hr, 12 month rate $17.40/hr.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
2.High School diploma required.
3.High attention to detail.
4.Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
5.Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
6.Must possess a valid state Driver's License and maintain personal auto insurance.
7.Strong communication skills.
8.Knowledge of customer service skills.
9.Good organization skills.
10.Professional appearance and attitude.
11.Repetitive lifting of 50 pounds from floor to waist, chest or shoulder height; pulling cart with load weighing up to 220 pounds.
12.Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
