The ideal candidate will have sales experience as well as previous experience in retail management.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling of staff as needed to ensure high quality customer service standards while keeping to corporate plan
- Controlling inventory and profit/loss
- Maintaining store and product displays
- Training of all employees to ensure adherence to corporate policies
- Developing strategies to attain monthly sales goals
