Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, ensuring that all guests feel valued and respected.
- Manage the store and check out area.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer purchases ensuring that all communication is clear and effective.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel valued and respected.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
- Be available to take calls and messages from customers.
- Provide assistance with any special requests, including gift wrapping, gift certificates
- Work closely with with store owner ensure that all guest needs are met.
