IT Support and Systems Specialist
Location: Flexible (Wisconsin)
United Cooperative is looking for an IT Support and Systems Specialist to work at multiple locations across the company. Location as daily starting point is flexible, (preferably near one of our locations in the State of Wisconsin).
The successful candidate will have: Experience and advanced proficiency with Office 365 and Cloud-based applications required. Familiarity with AS 400 systems, VoIP phone systems, and agriculture a plus.
Also, will respond in a timely fashion to end users' needs and concerns relating to computer business applications and general systems issues; provide first-line support for all software and hardware; manage technical resources working onsite, providing vendors with all the information needed to assist in supporting the end users; diagnose and resolve technical problems, prevent problem escalation and provide solution tracking; train, instruct and educate groups and individuals; and handle multiple project responsibilities simultaneously to prioritize work and resolve technical emergencies as they may occur.
