Exciting positions available in Part to Full Time Roles, for Opticians, Optical Sales, Dispensing and Finishing Lab roles. Each Staff member is first developed with a Specialty Skill Set, then provided with Cross Training to better understand and contribute to all areas of our busy practice. Staff will be trained in the Optical, then with more experience will be assisting in Administrative and Clinical positions. You will learn something new everyday! We appreciate those with experience as Opticians in Optical Sales and Dispensing, as well as those who have worked in the Medical/Clinical Eye Care model. Our comprehensive Module Training Systems develops the highest skills by teaching and mentoring. Customer Service experience and past employment in Retail Sales is very beneficial. We provide the Highest Standards of Medical Eyecare and Optical Dispensing. Our Optical Boutique displays the latest in Chic Distinctive Eyewear and Ophthalmic Lens Designs. Our Staff Family is woven together first as respected professionals, and then grows into trusted friends. We have morning, afternoon and evening Staff schedule options and also have Saturday hours from 8-12. We offer flexible schedules to accommodate part time to full time options. We will hire those who wish to have "just a few hours" per week (say 12-24 hrs) or those who seek full time (32-40 hrs). Our approach to staffing is to have everyone be able to live a full life by getting the hours you want, and having enough staff to have coverage so everyone "has a life outside of work".
