West Madison area property management company with numerous buildings and locations is seeking a reliable grounds maintenance technician. Immediate job openings available for the Demo work. That includes gutting apartments that are scheduled to be fully remodeled. Removing kitchen & bathroom cabinets, tearing out carpet & pad, removing the sub-floor, etc. Exterior grounds work also included after the Demo project is completed. Must be hardworking, a good communicator, and honest. A cell phone and car, preferably a truck, is required. Required to live within a 20 minute radius. Hours are 8:30 - 5:00 Monday-Friday. Some weekend work may be required during apartment turnovers. $18 per hour for the Demo work. $14.50 for the grounds maintenance, which could be a permanent position.
