This full time, permanent Electrical Controls Engineer opportunity is at a growing original equipment and machine manufacturer. The company values employees and promotes innovation. Projects are highly diverse so the work is always interesting. Products include three base machines with numerous options and ways to be engineered and designed.

This is a new position due to growth. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

Utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD for electrical design
Programming a variety of PLC's and HMI's
Traveling up to 30% for commissioning and programming at customer sites
Ensuring compliance with customer requirements
Commissioning testing and debugging electrical machines, equipment and components

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

A four year electrical engineering degree
Four or more years of SolidWorks and AutoCAD electrical design experience
Four or more years of experience programming a variety of PLC's and HMI's
Traveling up to 30% to program at customer sites
A solid work history
A or possess a
A residence within 45 minutes
