Genesis10 is currently seeking for a Customer Service Specialist for a direct hire opportunity working with a manufacturer located in Mequon, WI.

Description: Our client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist professional to perform a variety of duties to process sales orders into their business system. A large part of this role will be assisting distributors with the identification and selection of necessary parts needed to repair equipment by reviewing field pictures, and researching product manuals, and engineering drawings. Additional distributor support includes answering distributor's inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and order status. The customer service specialist needs to be client centric with a consulative approach.

Required Skills: Experience using business systems to enter in customer orders Microsoft Office Experience Experience using Iphone & Ipad a plus Problem solving skills Excellent Communication skills with the ability to show empathy High energy and enthusiasm Displays detail orientation and thoroughness in work produced Strong work ethic with sense of urgency Team player

Education requirements: High School graduate, bachelors a plus

Experience requirements: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a Customer Service Role
