Job Description
American Girl Middletonis searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to become part of our Facilities team at our Middleton Corporate Office. This full-time, benefited position will be scheduled to work Monday through Friday during the hours of 7am - 4pm.
Position Responsibilities- Utilize inventory, pm schedule and work order systems, and help maintain the spare parts/supply inventory
- General building maintenance activities include install and/or correct lighting fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, grounds upkeep, painting, hanging artwork and other wall displays
- Installation and reconfiguration of office furniture and layouts
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years facilities and or maintenance experience preferred
- Capability to drive company vehicle
- Ability to interact and work well with other team members, employees, and other departments
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe working environment
- Previous experience providing high-level customer service and high-quality work
- Superior problem solving skills
- Aptitude to deal with constant change, revisions and schedules
