This position is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients, current clients, and non-client callers. Plays a vital role determining our clients satisfaction. Answer incoming calls, gather information from caller, employ critical thinking skills to analyze information to determine next steps, transfer caller to appropriate Firm employee, transfer caller to appropriate referral, provide outbound follow up, schedule appointments and assist with completing paperwork. Position is responsible for making a great first and lasting impression.
