We are looking for
Mobile Application Production Support Engineer for our client in Milwaukee, WI Job Title: Mobile Application Production Support Engineer Job Location: Milwaukee, WI Job Type: Contract Job Description:- Resolving Incident and Service Request tickets assigned to the support group.
- Analyze the root cause for issues and suggest/implement fixes.
- Monthly reporting of the ticket volumetric with SLA details.
- Review application logs on daily basis to identify abnormal transactions.
- Coordinate with other interfacing applications for issue resolution and fixes.
- Implement fixes for critical application issues.
- Coordinate with other Project teams working on the future releases for the application.
- Experience in Xamarin Forms.
- Experience in AzureDB.
- Experience in .Net Web APIs.
- Experience in Production Support.
- Experience in UWP.
