What's the role?

A Lead Program Manager is responsible for aligning one or more large, complex technical programs consisting of multiple efforts.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Makes connections across teams and work streams to drive identification and facilitation of interdependencies.
  • Accountable for defining the program structure and creating a single, unified plan to deliver on the program objectives.
  • Drives for clarity on objectives, priorities and measures.
  • Accountable for identifying, assessing and mitigating program risks and issues, and removing impediments.
  • Develops presentations and communications that assimilates complex strategy and incorporates a clear understanding of corporate communications theory and practice.
  • Explains information and persuades others in complex situations. Effectively interact, negotiate and influence project teams and business partners to provide acceptable solutions and results.
  • Understands the key business drivers as they relate to the projects. Adapts to the various internal procedures and forms close links with the business partner representatives, ensuring that the key issues of cost, time, scope and above all, client satisfaction, can be realized.

Bring Your Best! What this role needs:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least 9 years of professional experience
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in technology and/or business functions, and working knowledge of project management / agile tooling
  • Experience with project management methodologies or SDLC (systems development life cycle)
  • Written and oral communications skills with the ability to build rapport within the company at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Able to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$97,930.00

Pay Range - End:

$139,900.00
