What You Will Do

  • A strong Business Analyst with experience working in an Agile Model.
  • Technology-facing role, accountable for working with database owners and enterprise quality teams to understand the requirements for their test data, including the impact of corporate standards and data dependencies, and documenting special requirements.
  • As a Business Analyst, able to influence various stakeholders and work with the PO in prioritization of product backlog based on constraints and assumptions.
  • Liaise with Product Owner, Developers and DBA across multiple business entities and address gaps and finalize the requirements for the teams to begin work.
  • Ability to view large databases and Query data across different regions and correlate the results using SOL.
  • Data Analytics is a required skill that we are looking for in this role.
  • Determine data volumes and generate data statistics.
  • Ability to create ER from a given set of databases is a nice to have.
  • Data requirement gathering skills in Insurance or Financial Services Domain experience is preferred.
  • As an Agile Project Manager, able to define business use cases, manage traceability and maintain reusability.
  • Responsible for identifying, managing and escalating issues and risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Validate estimates, risks, assumptions, constraints and interdependencies for viable solution options. Accountable to create features and stories in Agile.
Skills and Experience You Will NeedRequired:
  • Overall 7+ years if IT experience
  • Good Experience with Managing Test Data Management Projects.
  • Gather requirements
  • TOM estimation Project Planning
  • Driving the initiative to closure
  • Good Communication skills
Desired:
  • Experience in TOM Tools like GenRocket
  • Experience with Penatho
  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Experience with Micro-services and Javascript
  • Domain experience in the Insurance space
