What You Will Do
- Work with a team to plan, deploy, and maintain critical business applications (prod/non-prod AWS environments) following a secure standard development lifecycle
- Influence other teams, groups, and leaders in adopting Cloud technologies, processes, and security best practices
- Create secure application deployment pipelines with GitLab CI, and Jenkins configuring and monitoring SAST and DAST solutions to address code vulnerabilities
- Drive improvements to processes and design enhancements to automation to continuously improve the production environment and security practices
- Work with other teams to assess risk and security controls to ensure services are hardened and secure
- 3 years of experience with AWS.
- 2 years of experience in infrastructure design, implementation and delivery.
- At least 1 year of experience in containerizing applications with Docker and deploying them to Kubernetes.
- At least 1 yearof experience in configuring and monitoring application security with Checkmarx and DivvyCloud
- Risk and security mindset
- Able to automate processes for efficiency and consistency
- Experience with secure SDLC including AppSec tooling, secure CI/CD pipelines and security testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with OWASP and risk mitigation strategies
- Experience with AppSec tools and vulnerability mitigation
- Experience with common security control frameworks
- A year of experience working with Agile Development Practices and secure SDLC
- Ability to automate repeatable tasks via scripting
- Ability to define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems
- Bachelor’s degree
- AWS certification desired
