Job Description
Position SummaryThis position has primary responsibility for directing and driving Zurn initiatives related to revenue growth and increased share with their assigned Strategic Accounts for our Digital enabled products and services offering. This person will act as the primary liaison between their assigned strategic account, senior and mid-level leadership and Zurn leadership, business units, and commercial teams. This position supports the deployment of Digital Solutions DiRXN with a local and global team of resources that are applied on both project and standard work items.
Responsibilities- Deliver consistent revenue and share of growth at assigned accounts
- Serve as the primary sales point-of-contact for assigned strategic vertical markets
- Drive specification for Rexnord products within assigned account’s capital projects group, key OEM’s and partner distributors
- Drive specification for DiRXN (digital productivity platform)
- Execute the following disciplined selling processes to attain quota:
- Documented and intentional account planning
- Negotiate and implement business agreements with assigned accounts and relevant distribution channel partners in coordination with the Rexnord National Account Manager
- Communicate, implement, and monitor all account initiatives and programs to ensure alignment of Rexnord sales, marketing and operations
- Identify and align Rexnord global resources to implement agreements and initiatives for assigned accounts within your given region
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities that result in improved customer satisfaction
- Be aware of key societies/organizations supported by assigned accounts and determine level of support and involvement needed to drive collaborative relationship building
- Identify Rexnord product gaps to promote New Product Development ideas and serve as industry expert and sales liaison with the Rexnord product development teams.

Qualifications
Experience and Skill RequiredBachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Engineering, or Marketing
Minimum 3 years’ experience
Able/willing to travel to meet customers
Up to 75% travel
