- Act as a direct point of contact for all end users to receive support and maintenance for systems.
- Uses knowledge base to effectively diagnose, resolves and implement software and technology items.
- Works with team members to respond to all IT support requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor system events to anticipate upcoming changes, updates, and potential threats.
- Onboarding and off-boarding of new employees and contractors.
- Provides IT or application training to employees to ensure they have the technological resources and knowledge of how to use those resources to accomplish their responsibilities.
- Document support tasks and create processes when needed
- Identifies process/service improvement ideas with a continuous learning and improvement mindset.
