What You Will Do
- Resolve cyber security service desk incidents
- Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software issues
- Monitor and respond immediately to security, technical or reliability issues
- Consult other team members for recommended remediation
- Create and update system builds for end user systems
- Review application and system logs for errors
- Upgrade infrastructure systems as required for enhanced functionality and security
- Any other duties as assigned
- PKI work
- Gemalto (Thales HSM, Thales Key Secure)
- Venafi (TrustAuthority, Trustforce, CodeSigning)
- Microsoft certificate services
- Email Security work
- Proofpoint (TAP, Webmail Isolation, URL/Defense Isolation, Encryption, Fraud Defense, Emerging Threat Intelligence/Pro Ruleset, PPS secure email gateway, TRAP)
- Endpoint Security work
- Crowdstrike
- Tanium
- DevSecOps work
- Twistlock (Base Image Exceptions)
- ServiceNow experience a plus.
