- Form and lead product development teams to complete multiple and/or complex new product offering, product change, and cost reduction programs
- Adhere to the new product development process
- Develop and manage capital and expense budgets
- Develop and monitor project schedules
- Communicate with internal and external customers regarding program status
- Evaluate current processes and systems for cost reduction and improvement
- Prepare and present information and presentations for management project review meetings
- Exceptional leadership abilities
- 3+ years of experience in engineering and/or manufacturing
- 3+ years of program management experience with accomplishments in concept to market product development
- Working understanding financial principle including Economic Value Add and Return on Investment concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Ability to form, work with and lead a team of diverse individuals in a variety of fields
- Proven track record at employing Problem Solving Methodologies
- High level of Organizational and Planning Skills
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in combined Mechanical, Electrical and Software Development Projects
- Experience working with large assemblies/vehicles preferred though not required
