Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a 6-month contract in Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications: Required Skills: MS Office proficiency, including MS Outlook Understanding of basic financial concepts Analytic skills Organizational skills Strong written communication skills Preferred: Complex formulas in Excel Familiarity with SharePoint lists and libraries Approximately 3 5 years experience

Responsibilities: The Project Coordinator (Moncton Site Readiness) will collaborate with One North America (ONA) workstream leads to ensure readiness at the Moncton brewery for implementation of the ONA processes and systems. This individual will identify, document, and manage delivery of logistical requirements for on-site training and support at the Moncton brewery. Responsibilities will include general planning of launch readiness, documenting logistical needs (eg. on-site training/support rooms and equipment, training schedules, etc), coordinating delivery against those needs, and general expediting of ad-hoc needs for on-site support team. Provides ongoing support to Team Activities: Schedule meetings in MS Outlook Synchronize MS Outlook Meeting requests for stage gate reviews with SharePoint calendar (WebEx connection details, etc) Coordinate weekly project stage gate review sessions Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas Publish notes from meetings Publish project related content on PMO Wiki Understand project methodology processes and procedures, answer process questions for Project Managers as needed Document and publish new or revised policies and procedures as needed Prepare project audit reports Other duties as assigned
