We Are Hiring: Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Milwaukee is looking to fill a
Full Time, Day shift Interventional Radiology RN. The schedule is 0.9 FTE / Days. 0800-1730 Monday-Friday Various start times depending on patient schedule. Rotational weekday / weekend call is required for this role The Interventional Radiology Department at Columbia St. Mary's is a growing fast paced department with opportunities to learn new nursing skills and continue to grow existing skills. The IR Department provides services for general body IR and Neuro IR with new stat of the art equipment. What You Will Do: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
