Serve as overall Salesforce functional SME across capabilities and advise Agile Management Lead on priorities and requirement prioritization for each epic

Serve as programmatic grants management SME to communicate functional needs against technical requirements

Review SOPs, templates and program guidance and work with program teams to develop business process maps

Translate business process maps into functional requirements with supporting functional documentation

Create functional user stories with acceptance criteria and review with Product Owners, Program representation and Salesforce for sign-off

Participate in solution demos and conduct iterative testing against functional requirements

Advise testing resources on script development and testing coordination

Oversight of post go-live activities, including: Fielding inquiries from program teams about intended use of deployed functionality from functional team, coordinating with program teams to communicate upcoming changes to user experience

Serve as SME for reporting and analytics using Salesforce, PowerBI, or another analytics capability

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of Consulting experience or relevant industry experience

2+ years of Functional Requirements gathering experience

2+ years of Salesforce implementation and/or project experience

2+ years of experience writing user stories

1+ years of experience mentoring team members

2+ years of Agile Software Development Methodology experience

Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

Salesforce or CRM SaaS Solutions experience

Agile Project Management

Scrum Master Certified

SDLC Scrum Process knowledge

Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts

Client management experience

Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations
