- Work experience 15+ years of experience and would have worked on onsite offshore model.
- Should have experience in leading team of 20+.
- Mandatory – Should have worked as project manager for 1 S/4 implementation manager and SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
- Good communication, Both verbal and written communication.
- Customer facing role.
- Should have knowledge about the Project KPI and should be able to drive the weekly and Steer co.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software. (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
