Job Description
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering the best customer experience, is proficient using multiple social media channels, has a strong sense of empathy, and can help drive exceptional customer service by helping customers who reach out to us through social media for assistance.
Salary range: $40000 - $50000 per year.
Responsibilities:Create consistent, meaningful content on social media platforms for the respective markets.
Manage paid social campaigns from setup, execution, optimization, and reporting to the clients’ key performance indicators, which vary by campaign types and objectives.
Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.
Brainstorm campaigns.
Research industry innovations and tools.
Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
Qualifications
Previous relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree (marketing, social sciences) is an asset.
Competent in campaign planning, recommending strategies, and budgeting.
Experience in managing and executing paid social media campaigns across platforms is a plus.
Flexible and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with concurrent and competing deadlines.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with remote team members.
