Attention food truck owners, restaurants, caterers, or food production facilities
My name is Chris Allen and I'm looking for a part time cooking side gig.
I am an experienced cook with over a decade experience working in restaurants, country clubs, hospitals, catering, ect.
I have my Associate's Degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde park, NY.
I already have a full time job working 8:30-5.
I'm looking for a side gig on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday nights, or every other Saturday.
This schedule isn't too flexible since I'll have my kids the other days of the week.
Ideally work about 15 hours/ week.
I am very efficient in the kitchen and have been the executive chef of a restaurant and managed a retail deli department.
I'm thinking I could help with prep for a nearby restaurant or food truck, possibly a caterer or even a private chef seeking additional help.
Looking to start mid-late November.
